Staying with Dogs
At our facility, up to 3 small dogs, 2 medium sized dogs (20kg) can be let in for stay.
To stay, please show a certificate to prove the vaccination for rabies and other diseases.
To every guest that has applied, we will give out a one day passport that can be used for the dog terrace while your stay.
■Please cooperate with the following rules for a pleasant stay.
・Please wipe your dog’s feet when entering indoors.
・It is the owner’s responsibility to pick up any dog feces inside the area.(Please use the designated trash can inside the SORA no YADO.)
・Please put your dog on a leash anywhere outside “SORA no YADO”.
・You will not be allowed to let the dog stay by itself while your stay.
・Dogs are not allowed to access the second floor.
・We will not be responsible for any injuries that may happen while your stay.
■Dogs that fit the description below will not be permitted to stay.
・Dogs that haven’t completed their rabies and mixed vaccination within a year.
・Dogs that are not trained. (Excessive barking, Potty training)
・Large, giant breeds.
※Dogs in heat will not be able to use the dog area.

Reservation for staying
・The fee for whole house rental allows a maximum of 6 people.
(The house can hold up to 8 people.)
・¥12,000 per stay will be charged for each person up to 8 people.
・If more guests are needed to be added due to training or other reasons, please let the host know.
・Fees will not be charged for children up to the age of 12 who do not need bedding.
・Middle sized dogs (20kg) will be charged ¥3000 per dog. With a maximum of 2dogs.
※Second dog fee will be charged on the spot.

Please smoke in the smoking area, balcony or at the terrace.
・There will be nighborhood residents so please do not make any large noises at late hours or outside.
・We will not take any responsibilities with items that are lost during the stay.
・Please use the dishes after washing them. Please return used towels to the Laundry box.
・Please look at the other booklet on how to separate and throw away trash.
・We prohibit any items to be taken out.
